When you get a mortgage loan with Member Advantage Mortgage, LLC, not only are you supported by your local credit union, you can also take advantage of our Best Rate Guarantee. Although our rates are always very competitive, if another local lender offers a better combination of rate and fees, we’ll match it.

We will match any legitimate loan offer for a first mortgage loan to purchase or refinance residential 1-4 family real estate with the following conditions:

-	The loan is a conforming loan that receives an Approve Eligible finding through FNMA Desktop Underwriter or Accept finding through FHLMC Loan Prospector.
-	A MAM mortgage consultant has independently confirmed the availability of the competing loan with a “bricks and mortar” full-service lender located in the credit union competitive area.
-	Loans available from a lender that are “special offers” or limited availability and intended to meet the special needs of that lender only may not qualify for the Best Rate Guarantee.
-	The loan must close under the matched terms; if any changes take place to the loan amount or loan program then the match is void.
-	This offer is limited and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
-	Loans for vacant land or home improvement do not qualify for the Best Rate Program.
-	All loans are subject to credit approval.
-	This offer is not an offer for financing; each applicant must submit a completed application and required credit documentation to receive the loan approval and the match.
